Is it technically an egg hunt if you don't really have to hunt at all?
We go to the city egg hunt every year, and it's usually so packed that my kids only get maybe 5 or so eggs. But this year it was held an an earlier time than normal on conference Saturday while a lot of people had soccer games AND it was Spring Break. That all meant the "hunt" would be different this year.
My assignment was with Lacey while Dan was with Alice and the big kids were on their own.
To say that they had an easier time than normal would be a gross understatement.
As a little extra blurb here, we celebrate Matty's real birthday that day as well. A few more presents were given including Minecraft which he has been dying to get for a year now. (It came with time restrictions from Mom and Dad.) Some of Dan's family came to watch conference with us so they helped us celebrate as well.
